All German Solutions LLC was founded by Martin Baier, a native German speaker who has lived in Germany, Great Britain, Italy and the United States. A retired German Air Force (GAF) Lt. Colonel, Martin possesses senior management skills combined with over twenty years of public service. His background includes extensive cross-cultural experience with liaison functions to U.S. companies and other NATO forces.
During his military career, Martin not only became an excellent flight instructor but also a presenter and motivator with over ten years of experience; served in capacity as a public relations officer. Between 1999 and 2002, Martin was stationed in New Mexico and was promoted into the position of senior project manager. As liaison to the U.S. Air Force, he worked on combined projects at the staff and command level. During his last assignment back in Germany, Martin was an executive planning staff officer, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, operations, program development and management. During his military career he obtained Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Military Science (Aviation and Business).
After his retirement from the military, Martin went back to school full time to graduate from the University of Duisburg and Essen, Germany, with a BA Joint Degree in Economics, English and Cross-Cultural Studies.
His bachelor thesis was titled "Language Mixing within Bilingual First Language Acquisition".
Early on after his move to Indiana, Martin noticed that there was a need for German language services. He was approached by companies and individuals to translate business documents, technical manuals and websites, establish business contacts to Germany, teach the language and cultural differences; and even for a German voice over in a media production.
It was time for him to start his own business: All German Solutions LLC.
The response among individual and corporate clients is overwhelming!
Martin is an active member in his community. Besides being a tutor at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis, Martin also serves as chairman on the Indianapolis-Cologne Sister City Partnership Committee.
In addition, he was appointed to be the project manager of "The Berlin Airlift - A Legacy of Friendship" for Indiana in 2009.
A traveling exhibition by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Martin has been a guest speaker at numerous organizations in Indiana, providing first hand information in regards to German related topics.
